SolarWrap is the outcome of constant R&D in solar lighting. Our lighting is now equipped with highly efficient solar modules in a hexagonal die cast structure for maximum performance, strength and durability in many challenging applications. The innovation can be integrated onto most pole shapes and dimensions, making the SolarWrap Integrated Solar Pole System almost universal. The detachable and lightweight design helps in the ease of installation.

The complete SolarWrap Integrated Solar Pole System only includes two functional components: the vertical solar modules and a SolarWrap light fixture, these are connected to each other directly by MC4 connectors. The battery and solar controller are built inside the light fixture. The power of solar SolarWrap light fixtures range from 30W to 120W to meet the requirements of a variety of projects.

The SolarWrap Integrated Solar Pole System is an ideal solution to retrofit traditional streetlights. It only takes attaching the SolarWrap vertical solar module to existing poles and replacing the light fixture. This can be done without the need of setting new poles and provides brand-new possibilities to save energy with solar power for traditional streetlights, with minimum cost.

Modular Installation

The SolarWrap Integrated Solar Pole System is based on modular design concept for easy installation and disassembly. With the adjustable spacing brackets, it can be quickly and easily mounted on any suitable pole. 200w-700w are available by multi modules in series connection.

360° Full Day Charging

6 slim solar panels are fixed onto a hexagonal frame, this ensures that 50% of the panels are facing the sun at any time of the day.

Strong Wind Resistance

The cylindrical design of The SolarWrap Integrated Solar Pole System reduces the wind resistance area, each module is directly secured to the pole by 12 screws.

Easy to Clean

Less dust will settle on the surface of the SolarWrap module systems compared to regular solar panels. Workers can easily clean from the ground.

Never Snow Covered

With the SolarWrap Integrated Solar Pole System mounted in vertical, it is not easily covered by snow as compared to regular solar panel. Ensure enough power can be generated even in very snowy climate.

Design Aesthetics

The SolarWrap module systems are even perfect for the areas where the design aesthetics and decorative lighting applications are needed; they are compact and fully integrate onto the pole, and are also available in custom colours to match the design of the pole.

SolarWrap- Solar Powered Light Fixtures

ITNTEGRATED DESIGN / BIG BATTERY CAPACITY/CONSTANT HIGH POWER

The SolarWrap solar powered light fixtures are designed for commercial projects which require a constant and reliable high brightness performance.

The fixtures integrate the brand new lifeP04 battery, MPPT solar charge controller, and the latest of LED technology. There are three solar powered light fixtures in the SolarWrap range to suit a wide range of applications.

Helios – 30w/50w. Designed for 5-8m poles, with a lumen output up to 6800lm. Helios is the baby of the range; it is designed for continuous long time use in a variety of applications. Motion detectors available for this model.

Hermes – 60w/80w. Designed for 8-10m poles, with a lumen output up to 12800lm. The designed lifetime of HERMES is 8~10 years without maintenance. 64 Philips SMD5050 5W/LED are adopted and driven with 48V constant voltage and low current input to get ultra-efficiency output up to 160lm/W.

Thor – 100/120w. Designed for 10m plus poles, with a lumen output up to 16800lm. THOR solar LED streetlight was developed to the fulfil application of true solar LED streetlight for highway lighting and main road lighting which requires ultra-high brightness and continuous long period output.
