The Solar variable speed limit sign utilises ultra-bright, high quality and long-life LED technology to provide a highly visual, animated enforcement of the designated speed limit with a proven ability to influence driver behaviour.

The unit is available in either a fixed or portable version. The minimal current draw allows the variable speed limit sign to be simply and effectively operated using solar energy. The auto dimming feature ensures consistency of LED brightness day or night and further conserves battery life.

A remote control allows adjustment over the full dot matrix display area to alter the posted speed limit between 01 – 99 Km/h and the animation of the annulus (red rings).
